You practice twice a day for 20 minutes sitting comfortably with your eyes closed – ideally, first thing in the morning and then before your evening meal. It is a natural method of allowing deep mental and physical relaxation. Transcendental Meditation courses are practical and enjoyable.
Meditation is a natural state of mind that our minds crave – all you have to do is learn it correctly and stick at it! This is probably the only thing you’ll ever do in life where the less you try, the better it gets.
Many people have reported feeling increased levels of positivity. TM can help create a strong foundation for positive thought. Students I have taught have shared experiences of feeling enlightened and elated. Some describe TM as ‘a reliable friend’.
