TM is easy to learn and effortless to practice. You practice twice a day for 20 minutes sitting comfortably with your eyes closed – ideally, first thing in the morning and then before your evening meal. It is a natural method of allowing deep mental and physical relaxation. Transcendental Meditation courses are practical and enjoyable.
